Bushfire Fundraiser

Neko Nation, Go Atomic & Max Watts are combining forces for a special bushfire fundraiser event.

Australia is currently going through the worst bushfire season in history, huge amounts of land has been burnt, homes lost, animal deaths and many people struggling to live their day to day lives in fear of their homes and lives with the destructive fires.  Neko Nation, Go Atomic and Max Watts have decided to team up to work together to run a special party where all ticket funds raised will be going to those in need.

Since 2011, Neko Nation has been the premier anime and cosplay club event with 75 amazing events taking place in 6 cities in Australia.  The event quickly gained popularity and love from cosplayers and anime fans alike, creating a safe and fun environment for cosplayers to party and socialise while also providing exciting DJs and performances inspired by anime and video gaming.  For one final time, get your most stunning outfits and cosplays out and prepare for a mega night of amazing entertainment for anime fans, video gamers, cosplayers and fans of Japanese culture who love to party!

Taking place in the Max Watts venue at the site of the convention, this after party promises to go further then any convention after party we’ve done in the past.  It will be the first after party hosted by Neko Nation which will be utilising live performances on a massive 10 foot stage, along side amazing DJs including the incredibly beloved D*Jadeabella, who will be bringing an amazing performance not to be missed.

Featuring everything you love about Neko including our famous free sushi served by catgirls and a massive venue for you to dance and also chill out in.  While also raising much needed funds for the heroic firefighters working for the RFS and animals desperately in need via WIRES.

Play Girls

We work hard, play hard, and slay even harder. We are Play Girls!

Play Girls are a k-pop cover dance group that have been dancing in the Sydney K-pop community since 2014. We cover a broad range of tunes from classic k-pop hits, to the latest K-pop smashes, and even the occasional J-pop banger.

The name Play Girls comes from the fandom name for After School, Play Girlz. Like After School, we have had members graduate from the team to pursue their dreams. Our name reflects the attitude that dance should be fun! The crew still exists as a way to show our love for music, dance and performance.
